Head coach Marcus Mitchell and the Lady Bears continue to bolster their roster for the 2016-17 season with the signing of Kaitlyn Hiser. The Glenrock, Wyoming native is a 5’6″ point guard that could be a major contributor for the Lady Bears sooner than later.<\/p>\n
Hiser was a 3 year girls basketball varsity starter for the Herders of Glenrock High School. She was named captain her senior year and earned 3A East All-Conference honors. In addition she ran cross country and track. She was involved in 4-H, NHS, and Family Community Career Leaders of America.<\/p>\n
Mitchell concluded, “We are thrilled that Kaitlyn\u00a0decided to start her college experience at Barclay. She\u00a0is very athletic, has a great work ethic, and she is coachable; I am excited to watch her grow on and off the hardwood this year.”<\/p>\n
