On Saturday, September 13^th the Barclay College Cross Country team ran at the Romp at the Ridge, sponsored by Hutchinson Community College. It was a perfect day for a meet with low-50 degree weather at the start of the race. Thirteen teams were there including Barclay College.

It was a hilly, tough course and although there were no PR’s for the women’s team, all five runners ran. Sophomore Tanner Huck (Coldwater, KS) managed a PR by 5 seconds over his time from last week at Sterling College (Sterling, KS). The men’s team only had three compete because of some lingering injuries to the rest of the team.

The next meet is in two week at the Tabor College Invitational in Hillsboro, Kansas.
