The 2012-13 Lady Bears Basketball team has a solid mix of newcomers to accompany a host of returners from a 9-13 season. “I am looking forward to this edition of the Lady Bears basketball team. This collection of girls has a lot of returning experience, and our newcomers have jumped right in and turned some heads. We have some skill sets that we have not had in the past, so it will be fun to mold this group of ladies into a solid team,” said Head Coach Brad Lingafelter. 

Returning to lead the Bears are Senior guards Kaylee Miller (Great Bend, KS) and Artaya Climes (Lawton, OK), Junior post Sarah Sullivan (San Antonio, TX) and Sophomore guards Jamie Larsh (Haviland, KS) and Morgan Stander (Elmwood, NE). New to the team this year include Junior guard Brandi Moral (Great Bend, KS), Sophomore guards Courtney Merritt (Kansas City) and Kalyn Switzer (Weatherford, OK), Freshman guards Rachel Vance (Caldwell, ID) and Freshman Raelyn Epp (Weatherford, OK), and Freshman posts Shandy Edenborough (Goodwell, OK), Hannah Rohde (Denver, CO), and Sharese Mullikin (Legrand, IA).
