Wednesday, October 16th the Midwest Christian College Conference released the 2013 tournament bracket. This year Faith Baptist Bible College in Ankeny, IA will be hosting the tournament.

The Bears went 9-3 overall and finished tied for first with a 5-1 mark in the MCCC. Since Ozark Christian College (Joplin, MO), Manhattan Christian College (Manhattan, KS), and the Bears all finished with the same conference record, and the three each finished with one loss and one win against each other, the MCCC manual uses a coin flip to determine the tournament seeding. The Bears wound up with the #2 seed, while Ozark Christian received the #1 seed and first round bye.

On Thursday, Oct. 24th the Bears will play St. Louis Christian College at 1:00 PM CST. The Bears defeated SLCC at home in late September.
