Lady Bears were on the road this last weekend, playing games in Dallas, TX and Tulsa, OK.

Friday night the Barclay women’s team arrived in Dallas, TX to face Dallas Christian. The Lady Bears came out flat and lacked the energy needed to stay in the game. The Lady Bears were in for a long haul the second half if they were to make up for their 10 point deficit. Dallas Christian came out and controlled the second half, much like the first, leaving the Lady Bears with a 40-72 loss.

Saturday evening the Lady Bears made their way north to play Rhema Bible College in Tulsa, OK. The Lady Bears showed improvement from the night before coming out with scrappy defense. However, their inability to keep the Lady Eagles from crashing the offensive boards amounted to them losing 36-65.

The Barclay women’s team will be back in action this weekend for their MCCC Tournament held in Joplin, MO playing their first game against Ozark Christian Thursday at 6:00PM CST.
